Ingredients:
70 gm - Cornitos Nachos Melange
60 gm - Green Bell Pepper
60 gm - Yellow Bell Pepper
60 gm - Red Bell Pepper
60 gm - White Onion
60 gm - Sweet Corn
45 ml - Mayonnaise
45 ml - Tandoori Mayonnaise
45 ml - Honey Mustard
45 ml - Mint Mayonnaise
Seasonings
Method:
- Cut all vegetables into dices and sauté in a non-stick pan
- Place the Cornitos Melange Nachos on the plate overlapping one over another
- Sprinkle the vegetables evenly on the nachos layer
- In a Zig-Zag manner squeeze the mayonnaise, tandoori mayonnaise, honey mustard, mint mayonnaise on top
- Sprinkle with seasoning & chilli flakes
