Cornitos Grilled Paneer Tacos with Jalapeno Cheese

Ingredients:

Cornitos Taco Shells DIY Kit
225 g - Paneer / Tofu (cubes)
50 g - Red Bell Pepper (cubes)
50 g - Yellow Pepper (cubes)
150 g - Cheese Sauce
50 g - Jalapeno (sliced)
100 g - Cornitos Refried Beans
50 g - Lettuce
Salt to taste
5 g - White Pepper Powder
1 pack - Taco Seasoning
50 g - Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip

 

For the Mixture:

  • Marinate Paneer/Tofu with Salt, White Pepper Powder, Olive oil & keep aside for 10-15 minutes
  • Heat the grill and pour a little oil on it, grill the Paneer/Tofu until done
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add taco seasoning and then add Bell Peppers, onions, and Cornitos Refried Beans
  • Sauté nicely for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove from heat

 

For the Filling:

  • Place Cornitos Taco Shells on boat
  • Line the Taco Shells with lettuce & put the Refried beans filling inside
  • Top it with grilled Paneer/Tofu cubes
  • Then spread Cheese sauce evenly on top and sprinkle Cornitos Taco seasoning
  • Serve Tacos with Cornitos Chunky Salsa Dip
