Refunds
We issue refunds only in certain cases
● When a package is returned to us because of delivery failure, then the customer is informed about this return. We initiate a full refund of their order.
● Once the order is accepted by you, and if you are not satisfied with the product delivered, you can send us an e-mail at shop@cornitos.in or call us on 1800-102-0200 (Toll-free). Our consumer cell representative will connect with you within 24 working hours. In case your complaint is justified, we will initiate the 50% refund for that product.
● In rare cases, where products ordered by you are out of stock, we will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a 100% refund for the products that are out of stock. Customer care will call and help in resolving this issue.
● If there is a defect in the product ordered which occurred during transit of the goods, in that case, you can send us an email with details at shop@cornitos.in or call us at 1800-102-0200 (Toll-free). Our consumer cell representative will connect with you within 24 working hours. Replacement of the product or full refund of the amount paid to us for the product will be decided on a case to case basis.
Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Order Cancellations
If the order has not been processed then order can be modified or cancelled by
- Sending us an e-mail at shop@cornitos.in or calling us at 1800-102-0200 (Toll free) within 30 minutes of placing order.
- If order has been processed then order modification or cancellation is not possible.
- Cornitos has complete rights for an order amendment if it has not been processed.
- The customer will cooperate and understand decision made by Cornitos customer care regarding the cancellation.
- Customers are requested to check the Order and Discount Code during checkout. Order modification and Discount Code addition is not allowed after payment is processed.
Return and Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise. We do not have exchange Policy.
Warranty and Guarantee
Expiry date is mentioned on our each product.
General Notification

Cornitos reserves the right to refuse to supply discounted orders to employees, Agents, Dealers, or Distributors of Greendot Health Foods Pvt Ltd. This same right is extended to its clients or agencies and their immediate family members.
24 hr Clause for sending Customer complaints:
The customer has to file any complaint regarding the damaged product, missing item, or any other issue within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. No communication post that period will be considered for any resolve by the brand.
