Cornitos Enchiladas

Ingredients:

1 bag - Cornitos Cheese & Herbs Nachos Crisps
100 gm - Boiled Kidney beans
2 - Chopped Onion
10 gm - Crushed Ginger
10 gm - Chopped Green Chilli
20 gm - Green Coriander
2 - Diced Tomatoes
2 - Sliced Jalapeno Chillies
Cheese Dip
10 gm - Dried Basil
1/2 cup - Cornitos Chunky Salsa

 

Method:

  • Prepare a mixture by mixing all ingredients and season it well
  • Arrange Cornitos Cheese & Herbs Nachos Crisps on a platter by stuffing the mixture prepared between two crisps
  • Serve it with Salsa and Enchiladas
