
Ingredients:
150 gm - Cornitos Peri Peri Nacho Crisps90 ml - Montery Jack Cheese
2 packet - Refried Beans
20 gms - Coriander
30 gm - Cornitos Sliced Jalapenos
30 gm - Red capsicum
20 ml - Sour Cream
Method:
- Place half the Cornitos Peri Peri Nacho Crisps evenly on a griddle, cover them with Cornitos Refried Beans, sprinkle with grated jack cheese
- Repeat the same process again
- Scoop sour cream at the dish
- Garnish with chopped coriander, jalapenos and red bell peppers
